Jason Jordan of Raptor Vision has been working with birds of prey for more than 17 years. He started working with birds in a bird show and eventually became the training supervisor where he was responsible for around 75 birds. This was a very diverse collection, anything from birds of prey to parrots, and anything in between.
Jason started Raptor Vision in 2013 and since then has been educating people on birds of prey conservation with experiences, shows, weddings, photoshoots and television. With any job like this he has around 20 birds at any one time. Included in this are birds for rehabilitation where free flight techniques are used for fitness training. This ensures that when the birds are released into the wild, it gives them the best chance possible.
