Cathy Van Extel

Cathy Van Extel is a journalist with more than 25 years experience in radio reporting, presenting and documentary making. She is a senior reporter/producer with ABC Radio National Breakfast and occasional presenter of RN Breakfast and Sunday Extra. Cathy is a former Canberra Press Gallery journalist and presenter of ABC Canberra Breakfast radio. In 2001 she was awarded a Walkley commendation for her 9/11 coverage.
