World Science Festival Brisbane
and Curiocity Brisbane 2022 – Update

Due to recent flooding events in Brisbane, it is with great sadness that we announce the cancellation of all in-person World Science Festival Brisbane events and the postponement of Curiocity Brisbane 2022.

In some good news, we are delighted to announce that Queensland Museum Network and our partners are committed to bringing the wonder of science to Queensland and will offer a virtual program of events and activities throughout March to inspire and entertain.

Our program of conversations and talks gives voice to science as our topical experts share the latest evidence, discoveries, theories and practical applications for what we know, what we don’t know and what we need to know.

Some of this year’s conversations will be live streamed – so you can experience World Science Festival Brisbane from the comfort of your home. We are also proud to deliver a series of pre-recorded, digital conversations. These will be available to watch online, whenever it suits.
