Each year, the Schools Challenge Project invites primary and secondary schools to submit ideas for a physical or digital artwork relating to one or more STEM principles.

The selected artworks are developed with a professional artist/designer/maker for presentation at World Science Festival Brisbane. As a key feature of World Science Festival Brisbane, the Schools Challenge Project aims to transform central Brisbane into a playground for the public to engage with and be inspired by the intersection of science and art.
