Vincent Kelly

Vince Kelly is a leading sport scientist and Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Science in the School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences at the University of Queensland. He currently supervises 10 PhD students in a wide variety of sport science and strength and conditioning projects, and is a member of the National Rugby League (NRL) Research Committee. In addition to his academic appointment, Dr Kelly works as a Performance Science Consultant for the Brisbane Broncos Rugby League Club.

Dr Kelly has previously worked in High Performance Management and Lead Strength and Conditioning roles with elite and professional sports including the South Sydney Rabbitohs, Australian Rugby Union, Western Force, Fiji Rugby Union, Auckland Rugby Union, and the Queensland Academy of Sport including several Olympic Gold Medalists.
