Robbie Wilson

Robbie is a Professor of Motor Performance in the School of Biological Sciences at The University of Queensland. He is interested in understanding how individuals perform in complex environments, both in nature and sporting fields. By working with both humans and animals, he aims to apply his work to outcomes as diverse as endangered species’ conservation and the talent identification and development of junior footballers. Robbie can often be found on Groote Eylandt, NT, running northern quolls along ramps; at elite football academies in Brazil with a stopwatch in hand; and in his armchair with a chihuahua on lap.
