Nick Hadnutt

Nicholas Hadnutt has been the Archaeology Curator for the Cultures and Histories Program at the Queensland Museum since 2015. With a research expertise in historical archaeology, Nick specialises in understanding Queensland’s recent past. Over recent years, Nick has completed fieldwork in central Queensland to excavate and analyse artefacts from a gold mining town. Nick is also investigating how Queensland Museum’s extensive archaeology collection has developed and Nick is focussed on using the latest digital technology to share the stories within this archive.
