Kerrie Mengersen

Kerrie Mengersen is a Professor of Statistics at the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia, and is currently an Australian Research Council Laureate Fellow. She leads a ‘Bayesian Research and Applications Group’, known as BRAG, which comprises around 30 talented postgraduate students and researchers engaged in the development of methods, computational algorithms and applications in health, environment and industry. Kerrie has close ties with the Statistical Society of Australia and the International Society for Bayesian Analysis, and is an Institute of Mathematical Statistics Fellow.
