Gwen Fenton

Gwen Fenton holds a PhD in marine biology and is currently Chief Scientist at the Australian Antarctic Division (AAD). She is responsible for delivering the Australian Antarctic Science Program, encompassing the Research Programs, Science Planning and Coordination, Science Technical Support and the Australian Antarctic Data Centre. Gwen is also an Australian Antarctic science representative at multiple international forums including the Annual Antarctic Treaty Consultative Meeting and the International Science Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR).
