Andrew Watson

Andrew Watson is a Melbourne-based video artist & musician who performs and releases works under the name, ‘The Man Who Wasn’t There’. He has led numerous musical projects including Slow Dissolve & The Interim Lovers as well as working in collaboration with a wide range of musical acts. He has contributed to soundtracks and scoring live theatre, and toured extensively overseas throughout Europe, the United Kingdom and India. He has performed with numerous bands including Charlie Marshall & The Body Electric and Waywardbreed. In late 2017, Andrew released a collaborative EP with French singer/songwriter, Jéhan.

Andrew co-produced the 2018 Melbourne International Arts Festival show ‘Particle/Wave’ for which he also acted as musical director, a contributing visual artist and live score accompanist throughout the sell-out season.
