Students will explore STEM through self-led exploration, providing access to hands-on science activities, real life scientists and fascinating displays.
Each World Science Festival visit includes a 45-minute curriculum-linked program, tailored to the age group of your students. Each program includes an explosive show, a careers Q&A and an exciting hands-on activity followed by stalls, fascinating displays and pop-up demonstrations for more self-directed learning opportunities.
The Gladstone Schools Day at World Science Festival Queensland is designed to engage students in stimulating and inspiring experiences that showcase careers in STEM, including discussions with scientists, hands-on activities and exciting science shows, from interactive space virtual reality to spectacular live-animal arachnid displays.
This event is proudly presented by Queensland Museum Network and supported by Community Partner Shell’s QGC business.
