Grab your walking shoes and your mobile device and join the QuestaGame Eco-Hunt during the World Science Festival Brisbane. A winner of the Australian Museum’s Eureka Prize for Innovation in Citizen Science, QuestaGame combines the fun of gaming with the joy of discovery of our natural world while collecting valuable biodiversity data.
Your Eco-Hunt experience will start with some tips on how to play the game from a top-ranked player prior to a short walk around the area. The player will provide tips on where to look for bugs and critters and how to take clear photographs and submit to the app. These submissions will be identified by the experts following which you will receive a score and feedback.
