Maxwell Loughan

Can a 14 year old change the world? Born in 2002 and living in Incline Village, Nevada, Max Loughan is trying to do just that. He recently founded Loughan Labs as an incubator to create social change through innovation. As CEO and Lead Inventor, he developed the Energy Horizon Gatherer (EHG), a cost-efficient, renewable and wireless power source. With a shoe-string budget, Max developed a unique way to garner electricity from naturally occurring energy.

Max recently signed a deal with NBC Universal to create and develop an unscripted science-based TV series. Up next, he has the honor of being the first speaker at the annual Global Green charity event.

From a young age, Max knew his life’s purpose is to help invent a better future for humanity. Through his work and speaking engagements around the world, he hopes to inspire others and realize that regardless of how old they are or where they’re from, they, too, can change the world.
