On Sky News Business channel, Jon Dee is the Anchor Host of Smart Money. It’s a primetime live TV program where Jon shows businesses how to save money by being innovative, sustainable and more efficient.

His business efficiency guidebooks ‘Sustainable Growth’ and ‘Energy Cut’ have also shifted over 130,000 copies.

As a philanthropist, he co-founded Planet Ark, National Tree Day and DoSomething. He is also the Global Director of One Tree Per Child which he co-founded with Olivia Newton-John. Within Australia, he has played a key role in getting companies to commit to phasing out microbeads and he led the campaign to ban phosphates in laundry detergents. He also initiated the successful campaign to ban incandescent light globes.

Jon was Australian of the Year 2010 (NSW) and in 2009 was the recipient of Armenia’s highest award, The Order of Honor, for his long-term work in the Armenian earthquake zone.
