Meet a university science student or a newly graduated scientist and put them to the test.
Do you like studying science? Are you interested in a career in science? Who better to talk to for more information than people currently studying science at university and those who have recently graduated. So come along and meet a chemist with an element of surprise; a biologist with designer genes; an electrical engineer with an extra big hertz … sorry, heart!
On Friday 24 March, the National Youth Science Forum (NYSF) is hosting an event designed for you to put these new and almost-there scientists to the test. Ask them your toughest questions about completing high school science and what courses to study at university. NYSF alumni will also be available for a chat. During the one-hour session, you are welcome to move around the groups and make the most of this important and fun opportunity.
Years 10-12 only.
