2019 Education Program

Teacher Preview Evening – Complimentary VIP event

In 2019, World Science Festival Brisbane will once again ignite new and challenging discussions about Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) – and the Festival’s education program is expressly designed for Queensland school students.

To find out what’s on offer for your students, come along to the 2019 program launch at the Teacher Preview Evening on Thursday 25 October 2018 at 6pm-7pm, doors open 5.45pm Queensland Museum.

This year we will be joined by Australian mathematics teacher and recipient of the 2018 Australian of the Year Local Hero Award, Eddie Woo, who will share his inspirational views on STEM learning. Eddie Woo will also be available to sign copies of his new book WOO’S WONDERFUL WORLD OF MATHS and will chat with attendees over refreshments.

RSVP: Thursday 18 October online or call 07 3842 9703.
